Convenience with a free airport shuttle service.
Not nearly as nice nor as well appointed as the other hotels during our trip, but substantially less costly. It made our two departures - one to S. Korea and another home to the U.S. much easier.
Very clean, great hotel for the price.
Staffs were kind except one person who was not very so when I asked him three disposable tooth brushes for my family. Also, even though I reserved a room for two adults and one child of age 10, the hotel room assigned had only two single beds which were too small for two to sleep.
Staff were poilte and helpful.
Dated decor in desperate need of revamp with the result that the hotel appears grotty. Room was okay but bad bathroom facilities just gives the impression of it being rough round the edges. Dreadful dining options. Not worth the money. I stayed here only one night and would not do it again. Radisson name means nothing here.
We only stayed one night at the hotel, just the last night before our flight back home. The hotel has free shuttle to and from the airport and Tokyo Central station which makes it easy to find.
Professional and cleaness
The rooms as such are relatively big for Japan. Very clean and nicely done. Shuttle bus to airport and Narita town available.
The perssonel did not leave a "Radisson" standard. But were often rather unfriendly and giving an attitude.
Staff nice and friendly
Calling in house dinning was an issue at nights
A very pleasant hotel to stay in. Hotel staff were excellent. Very good value for money.
The location is a little remote, which makes for a very nice peaceful stay but one would have to rely on the hotel shuttle to get to Narita City or the airport. The hotel shuttle service is adequately sufficient most of the time though.
very efficient free shuttle to Narita airport; large rooms; free upgrade of room; very nice hotel facilities
The rooms were renovated a year ago and were very clean & comfortable.
The food (dinner and breakfast buffet) could have been a lot better. If you enjoy a good cup of coffee for breakfast you will be very disappointed.
Last minute booking by airline when connecting flight was missed. I only had an overnight stay but I had no complaints during that time.
Good bed, TV and Internet connection
Maybe it's me, but i expected more from a Radisson Hotel.
They were perfect in every way. Free internet. Great service. Quick and often airport shuttles and the staff is friendly and efficient. Very good experience, and you should look nowhere else for an NRT hotel.
The free busses to and from the hotel and the city center of Narita and the one to and from the airport to the hotel it made getting to see Japan a lot easier.
The staff were very accomodating, friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and very comfortable. We only stayed one night while on our way to Singapore. If we ever needed to stay in Tokyo again we would definetly stay at your hotel again.
